We are in gold beach .The alpha heating crew were all kind, considerate and very knowledgeable.we needed new heat pump.jason,Logan Colin,Brian and Tyler were all very pleasant young men and took excellent care of us. New pump installed and we are toasty warm.they even had to work in the rain .we would call them back for any services we might need in the future.you can be assured they will take good care of you and your house.

Alpha Heating and Air were great to work with. I had an issue with our air conditioner and reached out to a few top rated companies that said they were a few weeks out. Alpha came out the same day and found the parts they needed and fixed our AC. Randy was a great tech, very knowledgeable and informative. Easy to work with and showed up when they said they would.

We needed a yearly service for our system, had seen Alpha Vans in our neighborhood, so we scheduled appt. Ben was technician did a thorough check can't say enough Great Job. Thank You

Huge shout out to Randy for his quick response in helping us the best he could! Unfortunately our system is just not doing its job and they have come out 3 times to “fix” it. A brand new system was put in last year and our house has been an average 95 degrees all week. Very disappointing and hot.

I’m located in Grants Pass, Alpha not only had low hourly prices they were able to come the next day. Only issue I had was the delivery of a part delayed my A/C being fixed. The techs, office personal and managers went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for all your hard work❤️

Alpha is a great company. The office staff and technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve been a customer from several years and are very happy with them. Our air conditioner went out a few years ago during a horrible heat wave. Alpha came to the rescue right away!

I wanted to thank the technician that came out to my home over a cold weekend and figure out how to get my heating to stay on. Other companies had been called and inspected but due to our newer system told us they would have to do research before being able to do anything. (Still have not heard from them) there was a increased price for the off hours emergency work but its worth it to know that my 3 kids wouldn't be freezing. Thank you.

We recently decided to replace our ancient, broken ducted HVAC system with a zoned mini split system. We had already received several quotes for this work and Alpha was by far the least expensive.From the start, Bobby was super quick to create a few different proposals for us -- he emailed me the proposals within hours of doing a walkthrough! He also was incredibly responsive and answered my barrage of questions right away via text.The removal of the old system and the installation of the new one was seamless. Shane, James, and all the others were great at problem solving and communicating options to us. To give an example, we had recently had insulation blown into the attic, so the Alpha team helped us to run all condensate and refrigerant lines in the crawlspace instead. They helped install the system in a way that was personalized to our needs and tailored to the layout of our house.I would definitely recommend Alpha Heating and Air to anyone who needs HVAC service or upgrades. They do professional, quality work!

Shane, James and Alex replaced the duct work under our house and did a great job! They worked good together and got it done in two days! They tested the system and made sure air flowed through all the vents, we will definitely refer Alpha Heating and Air.

They came on time, following a phone call saying they were on the way. The two men were friendly, considerate, quick, and very professional. Andrew took the time to explain an issue that could cause me problems down the line and explained how the Green Shield policy could be enhanced and help me save money as well as take better care of the HVAC system. A neighbors cottonwood tree leaves deposits that were coating the coils of the unit. I was very impressed with him and his knowledge, as well as his willingness to take the time to go the extra mile to help me with this. I want this system to last as long as possible, and I never would have known had he not spoken up. I will recommend your company to friends and neighbors after this experience for sure.

In helping us solve the problem, he was very forthcoming and helpful regarding hints for saving energy and importantly, money. Prompt and thorough service... very pleased.

Our hot water heater quit working. A tech was out within an hour. Found the problem, and fixed it for us in no time at all. Very professional and courteous and took his boots off before entering our house.

James was professional and helpful when it came to my learning and understanding my heat pump. It was also amazing that I had a tech come over about 20 minutes after I called and asked for an appointment. I was so happy with the service and results, that I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer of theirs, and I definitely recommend them to others.

Friendly and professional technician. He took a picture of a hole in my outside wall where the a/c pipe comes out the outside wall and said someone would come by to fill it. No one has by as yet to fill it.
